Victim Support Line– The VSL is a province-wide, multilingual, toll-free information line providing a range of services to victims of crime.
Ministry of the Attorney General – services provided by the Ministry of the Attorney General to support victims’ rights.
The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC)-independent advisory agency that provides advice to the Attorney General of Ontario on victims’ issues. The Office for Victims of Crime does not provide direct services to victims of crime. The OVC’s mandate is to ensure that the needs of victims of crime in Ontario are met.

Child Abuse Information Sheets– Learn about everything from what child abuse is and how to report it to how to help your own child and how to prevent child abuse.
Family & Children’s Services of Waterloo Region– offering child protection and support services to families in Waterloo Region.
Waterloo Region’s community health department– services and programs offered by the Region of Waterloo to families and children.
National Clearinghouse on Family Violence– providing information on the Family Violence initiative and publications on child abuse, child sexual abuse, and family violence.
National Child Protection Training Centre– providing some great resources and information on the topics of child abuse and child advocacy centres.
Little Warriors– A Canadian national charitable organization focusing on the education and prevention of child sexual abuse. Little Warriors teaches adults how to help prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse, and provides information about the prevalence and frequency of child sexual abuse and information about healing and support resources.
