Kim Rodrigues, MEd
Executive Director
Kim Rodrigues is an accomplished and dedicated leader working extensively in the developmental services sector. Kim has devoted her career to working with the most vulnerable in our community. Early in her career, she worked as a case resource worker and advocate for families, as well as oversaw community outreach programs. Most recently, Kim has held the role of Executive Director with Hopewell Children’s Homes. Kim has extensive experience developing and supervising programs including leading multi-agency collaborations. One of her greatest strengths is the ability to partner with others and build strong and collaborative relationships. Kim recently completed her Master of Education specializing in distance learning in the workplace and has a postgraduate certificate from the Rotman School of Business in Public Sector Leadership.

Meagan Copland, MSW, RSW
Program Manager
Meagan joined Child Witness Centre as a caseworker in the Child Witness Program in 2012, having worked with vulnerable children and youth in various communities for more than 15 years prior to joining our team. She began managing the Child and Youth Advocate Program in the Waterloo Region Child and Youth Advocacy Centre when it opened in May 2016. Meagan is now the manager of both our Child Witness Program and Child and Youth Advocate Program. She works collaboratively with our team and community partners to ensure young people who have experienced abuse, and their families, are supported throughout criminal investigations and the justice processes. Meagan has her Masters in Social Work and is a registered social worker.
