Join our Board of Directors!

Help make a lasting impact for young victims and their families in our community! At this time, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) would be a tremendous asset on our Board. Review the posting and submit your completed Board Member application form.

We’re also currently seeking: 1) a volunteer office assistant, 2) a silent auction champion, 3) volunteers to help at BINGO nights, and 4) more Fund Development Committee members. Join us in making a huge impact in the community!

Volunteers with Child Witness Centre are valued members of our team – giving their time and talent to support the events, fundraising initiatives, and administrative needs that are essential for us to serve child victims and their families.

We utilize volunteers in a variety of ways to support the mission of our organization. Some examples of opportunities are:

Providing administrative and office assistance
Building maintenance tasks
Helping with special events including fundraising events and our annual Youth Symposium
Supporting our fundraising programs

To apply to become a volunteer with Child Witness Centre, please complete our online Volunteer Application Form and contact Sheila Bauman, Development Coordinator, at sheila.bauman@childwitness.com.

In addition to the application, all volunteers are asked to submit a resume, two references, and a current Criminal Record Check. Note if you are applying to volunteer at the Youth Symposium, you will require a Vulnerable Sector Check.
