Join our Board of Directors!

Help make a lasting impact for young victims and their families in our community! At this time, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), an Indigenous individual, or a survivor with lived experience would be a tremendous asset on our Board. Review the posting and submit your completed Board Member application form by May 1, 2026, at 5:00pm.

We’re also currently seeking: 1) volunteers to help at BINGO nights, and 2) applications to become part of our Fund Development Committee. Join us for a lot of fun while fundraising for local young victims and their families!

Volunteers with Child Witness Centre are valued members of our team – giving their time and talent to support the events, fundraising initiatives, and administrative needs that are essential for us to serve child victims and their families.

We utilize volunteers in a variety of ways to support the mission of our organization. Some examples of opportunities are:

Providing administrative and office assistance
Building maintenance tasks
Helping with special events including fundraising events and our annual Youth Symposium
Supporting our fundraising programs

In addition to the application, all volunteers are asked to submit a resume, two references, and a current Criminal Record Check. Note if you are applying to volunteer at the Youth Symposium, you will require a Vulnerable Sector Check.
